By downloading or playing a Bidu's Studio game, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the game. These terms add to the Google Play Terms of Service.
License
We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play our games on devices you control, for non-commercial entertainment.
What is not allowed
- copying, modifying, decompiling, reverse engineering or redistributing the game or its files, except where the law allows it;
- cheats, bots, mods or tools that change how the game, the score or the ads work;
- generating artificial clicks, impressions or views on ads;
- offensive or discriminatory nicknames, or nicknames that infringe third-party rights;
- any unlawful use of the games or this website, or attempts to compromise their security.
Coins, items and progress
Coins, upgrades, items and records are in-game content with no monetary value. They cannot be sold, traded or exchanged for money, and they are not bought with real money. Progress is saved only on your device: we are not responsible for losses caused by uninstalling, clearing data, or replacing or damaging the device.
Ads
Games may show optional rewarded ads from third parties (Google AdMob). Advertisers and the ad network are responsible for ad content. Rewards are granted only when the ad is watched to the end and the network confirms it. Without internet or when no ad is available, the option is unavailable, and some games let you use in-game coins instead.
Privacy
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The games and this website, including code, art, music, sound effects, text, names, logos and marks, belong to Bidu Gestao e Participacoes LTDA or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue a game or feature at any time, for example to fix bugs or to comply with the law or Google Play policies. Some features may depend on internet access or third-party services.
Warranty and liability
The games are provided free of charge and “as is”. We work to make them run well but do not guarantee they are error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of progress. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
Termination
You may stop using a game at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate the license if you breach these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date at the top. Valid from October 22, 2026 to October 22, 2036 (10 years), unless a new version is published on this page. Relevant changes will be mentioned in the Google Play release notes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts of the consumer's domicile.
